Description
  • Nozzle design consists of three component parts that are formed, machined, assembled and crimped together
  • Made from copper alloy tubing which is cut to length and formed to size
  • Threaded insert is made from a solid brass alloy with internal threads allowing the nozzle assembly to be threaded onto the conductor tube
  • Nozzle insulator made from G7 silicone material provides the insulation needed from the conductor tube and nozzle housing
  • Threads directly onto the torch body or conductor tube assembly
